Tourism Department has put in place a Call Center for the attention of different operators dealing with the tourism sector.

This Call Center is put at the disposal of both the Tourism Administration users and the operators having applied to get an administrative authorization, or a licence for opening and running a tourist establishment..
This Call Center is also intended to answer any request which involves the Tourism Department or its regional representatives in order to accelerate the achievement of different investment projects.
This new system will permit a direct access to the "Central Service" so as to accelerate the directive of the administrative requests or info rm about any delay, deadlock situation or malfunctioning derived from the Tourism Department and its external "services".
he putting in place of this Call Center is part of the strengthening of the Tourism Department's capacity for listening to its partners. It aims to facilitate a "delegated" and effective management of investment at regional level, permitting thus the investors to benefit from a real assistance.
