This activity is embodied in some Drafts Agreements and Actions Plans of cooperation concluded with the partner countries and international organizations specialized in the field of tourism. In general, the policy related to the opening up of Tourism Ministry to the international cooperation has given a real dynamics to the activities of this Division as regards bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
The cooperation consists of two constituents :
  The International Cooperation;
  The Specialized International Organizations.

The International Cooperation:
It is in charge, at the bilateral level, of the following tasks:
  Fuller treatment of the cooperation files in the field of tourism between Morocco and the countries with which we maintain friendship and cooperation relations .
  Representation of the Ministry of Tourism within the bilateral joint Committees in charge of the implementation of the cooperation actions decided on by the authorities of the two countries.

The Specialized International Organizations:
The Specialized International Organizations service is in charge of the files concerning the cooperation between our country and the institutions or specialized international organizations (multilateral Cooperation).
These organizations are of two kinds:
  The International Organizations which are of a technical nature: WTO, Arab Ministerial Council of Tourism, UMA, Islamic Conference of Tourism Ministries.
  The International Organizations of financing: UNDP, EU. etc.
