Mazagan (El Haouzia)
Mazagan's seaside resort (station) is 80 km far from the city of Casablanca , the economic capital of Morocco .
Nearby there is the international airport of the king dom. At the northern part of Mazagan lie ancient Azama, the town of Azemmour , and the Oume-Rabie River . To the south of this station, lies white Mazagan, the town of Ej Jadida .

Site
Being surrowded by a forest of eucalyptus trees tasting of invigorating scents, this site (area) stret ches over a coastline of more than 15 km and an area of 500 hectares.
Developer
The group who is responsible for the planning and the development of this station comprises Kerzner Internetional ,the " Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion " of the Moroccan-Emiraty Company of Development, and the MAMDA MC MA.
Program
Mazagan's station is intended for a national and international target which offers a tourist experience based on the following themes: water activities, entertainment, sport, and incentive.
With an area of 500 hectares, this station is expected to have an accommodation capacity of 7600 beds, including 3700 hotel beds. It offers also a wide range of special accommodation facilities:
 1 Entertainment pole around two lagoons;
1 Sport academy;
2 Golf courses of 18 holes each;
1 Conference center

Investment of other developers: 2,9 billion DH;
Investment interns of of-site infrastructus: 0,085 billion DH
