Training Modes
Work-based learning
Work-based learning, which is governed by the law 36-96 of November, 7, 1996 , is an initial professional training that awards a diploma
for students. It takes place in enterprises at the rate of ,at least, the half of the whole training; and one third of the training takes place within a Professional Training Establishment.
Objectives
- To allow the students to pursue a large part of their training in real conditions of production as regards hotel and tourist enterprises;
- To train the right qualifications for the job market and the characteristics of hotel and tourist enterprises;
- To strengthen the opening up of hotel and tourist training establishments to the work place;
- To facilitate the integration of hotel and tourist establishments graduates into the working life.
Target Public
Young Moroccan candidates who are over 15 years of age at least at the time of the conclusion of the contract of the work-based learning, and who are registered at a tourist and hotel professional establishment which offers such a mode of training.
Length of training
- The length of the work-based learning is included into the Initial Training process;
- The work-based learning is governed by a contract concluded between the responsible of the enterprise and the training establishment;
- The contract defines the rights and the obligations of each party.
