Training Modes
Continuing Training
The continuing training is intended to develop the qualifications and skills of the employees. It allows them to cope with the evolution of the job market, to facilitate their socio-professional promotion and to encourage the enterprises competitiveness.
Objectives :
To accompany the updating and the development of the enterprises which are involved in the hotel and tourist sector, and that is all thanks to the improvement of human resources.
Incentive measures :
The establishment of two complementaty incentive mechanisms by means of a technical and financial aid,with a view to identifying the enterprises requirements as regards the skills and to achieving the relevant training actions.
- Mechanism 1: Interprofessional Association of Aid for Consultancy(GIAC). The GIAC is an association made up of both organizations and enterprises, professional federations, within the framework of the
Dahir of 1958 governing the associations.
- Mechanism 2: Special Training Contracts(CSF). This mechanism consists of conclusion of the contracts with different enterprises for the refund of expenses, with a view to achieving the training programs which benefit their employees.
