Training profile :
At the end of his training, a technician in bakery -pastry , must be able to
:
- Prepare and to present some pastries;
- Prepare the products on the basis of dough and brioche-style dough .
- Prepare the decorations concerning bakery.

- Tasting quality ;
- Physical and psychological resistance
- Cleanliness and hygien
- Resistance to stand up

- Poor physical conditions;
- Nervous temper
- No resistance to stand up;

- 2 years of training.
- Boarding school.
