At the end of his training, a technician in catering,/ room service, must
be able to :
- Plan and organize the work of the clerks, waiters and trainees;
- Carry out the setting up of the row;
- Receive the customers;
- Serve the meals;
- Ensure the operations of invoicing and receipts;
- Carry out the clearing of the row..
Required abilities :
- Rigour and precision of the logical reasoning ;
- Spirit of analysis and synthesis;
- Sense of the organization.

- Ability of adaptation;
Contraindications
- Poor health
- Insufficient physical and mental ability.
Training and
entrance conditions :
- 3rd year of secondary school education (literary or economic), or a diploma
of professional initiation;
- 2 years of training;
- Maximum age 25 years;
- Pre-selection on the basis of knowledge tests ;
- Selection on the basis of psycho-technical tests;
- Psychological appraisal + dexterity Test +medical visit.
