Being governed by the circular(note) of the Professional Training Department ruling the mode of access to professional training establishments as well as by the texts relating to the creation of these training institutes which are pertaining to the operators of training, in accordance with the decree 2.89.325, this mode of recruitment allows the best trainees of the qualification/and technician level (the 5 top students) to be registered at the higher level, "Technician and Specialized Technician", (within the limits of 10% of the available pedagogical places); in accordance with the texts of creation of the Professional Training Department
