Morocco is ranked first in the French market as regards inclusive tours

The leadership of Morocco destination in the opinion of the French tourists was confirmed in 2005.According to the CETO (Association of French Tour Operators) which has just published its annual barometer for the tourist year 2004 -2005, Morocco is ranked first as regards inclusive tours with 525883 of tourists and an increase of 21%.

The CETO has pointed out that, in a market which is sunk in gloom, Morocco is the only destination which is on the uptrend in terms of the way of taking control of 2005 -2006 winter period.

In addition, the image of a reassuring Morocco is in the headlines for French people. According to an article which has been published lately by the weekly magazine, " L'Express ", Morocco is by far one of the countries which "takes the most advantage from a cautious environment in which the fact of going on a trip becomes a real difficulty, owing mainly to the vagaries of the climate, terrorism,avian influenza,or else to air risk.

It is worth noting that whether it is a matter of inclusive tours or individual trips, Morocco received about 2,4 million of Moroccan nationals resident in France in 2005, that is around 40% of the total number received by the destination in question.
