Tourist cooperation between El Salvador and Morocco : The Salvadorian Minister of Tourism is interested in Morocco's experience.
On July 20,2006, Mr Adil Douiri, the Minister of Tourism, Handicraft, and Social Economy, in close collaboration with Mr Jose Ruben Rochi Parker, the Salvadorian Minister of Tourism, examined the means which are likely to strengthen the bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism.
During that meeting, Mr Jose Ruben Parker presented the tourist potentialities of his country as well as its tourist experience which was described (by him) as recent.
Being on an official visit to Morocco, the Salvadorian Minister of Tourism, together with a delegation led by the Salvadorian Minister of Foreign Relations, has expressed his country's wish to take advantage of the Moroccan experience in such a field.
He has also put much emphasis on the development of the cooperation means and the exchange of experiences with Morocco as regards tourist industry.
or his part, Mr Douiri has given a full explanation about Morocco's experience in the field of tourism, the potentialities of the Kingdom and the tourist projects which are accomplished ,or under way, in several areas within the framework of the national strategy which aspires to attract 10 million tourists by the year 2010.
