Such projects revolve around the development of Taghazout's seaside tourism resort (Agadir) and the achievement of two integrated tourist investment projects in Marrakech and Tangier.

This project, whose construction work is planned for January 2007 is centred around the development of Taghazout's seaside station. It is worth noting that this project, which may be operational in 2009, requires a budget of 2,2 billion DH as well as the realization of direct tourist investments which amount to 10 billion DH.
