Paris in Morocco's Colours
Morocco : partner of thousand and One Christmas Operation in the "Printemps" shops in Paris .
For almost two weeks, the Haussmann Printemps shops have been living according to the rhythm of Morocco . In accordance with the partnership concluded with the House of the Craftsman of Morocco and the Moroccan National Office of Tourism, this operation aims to revive the wealth of Moroccan handicraft and art of living, a heritage which is both ancestral and contemporary.
This most unusual operation is part of the "2015 Vision", a voluntarist strategy initiated by the Ministry of Tourism, Handicraft and Social Economy and which is intended to reveal the potentialities of Morocco 's Handicraft. Relying on famous distribution networks, Morocco tries to build the brand image of its handicraft in the most important issuing markets in Europe, and mainly France which is at the top of the list.
Opening of the new sales exhibition " Morocco , Thousand and One Tendencies"
A commercial space called " Morocco , Thousand and One Tendencies " was inaugurated on Thursday, November 23, 2006 by Mr Adil Douiri, the Minister of Tourism, Handicraft and Social Economy. This commercial space will be held from November 24 th to January 15 th 2007. Situated on the 7 th floor of the "Fashion Printemps", at the level of the auditorium and stretching over an area of 150 square metres , this sales exhibition aspires to celebrate the creativity and the design of Morocco 's Handicraft.
An exclusive selection of "made in Morocco " products are displayed there. The focus has been put on four priority fields identified in the 2015 Vision, namely Decoration, Jewellery, Clothing and Local Products.
