Launching of the first stage of the Bahreini project "Royal Cap Ressort Malabata" in Tangier
On Wednesday, January 17, the Bahreini group "Gulf Finance House" undertook to launch the first stage of his tourist and residential project "Royal Cap Ressort Malabata" of Tangier,
with a total investment of 600 million dollars .
Conceived according to an innovative vision in the field of up-market tourism, the "Royal Cap Ressort" is part of the "Gateway to Morocco" project, the Framework Agreements of which were signed last July in Casablanca in the presence of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI.
The project, whose main constituent parts are the "Cap Ressort" of Tangier and the "Royal Ranches" of Marrakech, is counted as one of the most important arab investments in the Moroccan tourist sector,
with a global amount of 1,4 billion dollars.
