Morocco-Spain : a 3,3 billion DH investment for the development of the Laguna Smir tourist area
In line with the government program of development designed for the tetouanaise coast, the Moroccan Government and the Spanish group Fadesa signed, on Thursday May 24 in Rabat , a convention relating to the development of the "Laguna Smir" tourist area, located between M'diq and Fnideq, with an investment of 3,3 billion dirhams.
The development of this area, which is part of the action plan "Tamuda Bay Product", aims at the realization of 5000 hotel beds and the creation of 10000 new jobs. It tends to make this area a choice tourist destination, and that is all thanks to the development of hotel infrastructures, the construction of amusement parks for children, two additional golf courses and other recreation projects.
