Inauguration in Marrakech of a new tourist complex of the hotel chain « Ryad Mogador »
On Friday June 15, Mr Adil Douiri, the Minister of Tourism, Handicraft and Social Economy inaugurated a new tourist complex in Marrakech called "Ryad Mogador Agdal"
This tourist and residential complex (5 star category), with an overall investment valued at 1 billion DH, spreads out over an area of 8,5 ha in the new tourist area of the Agdal. It comprises 700 rooms and luxury suites, a balneotherapy center, restaurants and a SPA Center.
It comprises also a Conference Center with a capacity of 3800 seats and a plenary room of 1800 seats, 20 meeting rooms of 10 to 600 seats as well as an exhibition hall with an area of 1500 square metres .
This project is realized by Ynna Holding Chaabi group. According to its schedule, this group provides for the realization of two new hotels in Marrakech before the end of 2007, which will bring the number of units to 6 in the ochre city.
In 2008, the group will provide for the opening of 4 new establishments in Essaouira, having at its
disposal 2 units in Casablanca and Immouzzar with a global capacity of 850 rooms.
In 2009, the group plans to bring its portfolio to 18 hotels, with 5 new establishments in the city of Tangier , Fnidek, Benslimane and Casablanca .
