Morocco arouses “a growing passion” in European tourists
Morocco which is “a flourishing market of luxury property” and a new Eldorado for the golfers arouses a growing passion in European tourists.
The daily has pointed out, in this respect, that the Kingdom and its pearl Marrakech “don't certainly lack attractive assets”, as proved mainly by “ the Medinas inscribed on the World Heritage list, the towns abounding with architectural jewels, the attractive climate and luxury real estate”.
The French daily has said, in this context, that the different actions underway in Morocco provide for the urbanization of some 36 000 hectares in 2007 and “the local dynamism, which was before mainly centred on Marrakech, stretches at present over the rest of the Kingdom”.
The market of luxury tourist property which was in the past centred upon the ochre City spreads out progressively to the whole of the country where “luxury programs spring up before your very eyes”.
And to sum up, the daily has said that “if Casablanca continues to take advantage from its status of the economic capital of the Kingdom, the other cities such as Rabat , Agadir or Fez each have their partition between luxury tourist complexes, huge beaches and legendary Medinas.
