The Tourism Department has put in place a system to accompany the pilgrims supervised by Moroccan travel agencies
With a view to improving continuously each year the organization and the holding of the Haj operation, and in order to ensure the success of such an operation for the period 1428/2007, the Department of Tourism has put at the disposal of the pilgrims supervised by Moroccan travel agencies several telephone lines in Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
The pilgrims can thus contact directly the Tourism Department (Direction of Enterprises and Tourist Activities) from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm as regards information or applications for information.

A control and follow-up committee composed of the representatives of the Tourism Department and the National Federation of the Moroccan Travel Agencies (FNAVM) will make sure (on the spot/at the Holy Places of Islam) that the Haj operation goes smoothly and it will ensure the quality of services offered to the Moroccan pilgrims who can directly contact this committee on the spot in case of need through the following numbers :

Moreover, the Tourism Department has taken all the necessary measures to ensure the meticulous respect for the specifications relating to the organization of the pilgrimage, signed by all the agencies taking part in the operation pilgrimage for 2007.
In order to make sure that the Haj operation will go smoothly, the Tourism Department exhorts the pilgrims to wear their Badges in a permanent way from their departure till their return, with a view to ensuring their security and allowing them to be easily identified(and as a result assisted) by the Moroccan committee.
