At the conclusion of the examination of the files of the four tenderers having participated in the call to tender of the New Tourist Area of Cala Iris (Province of Al Hoceima), conducted by technical sub-committees, as well as the validation of notations by the inter-ministerial Committee concerning the assessment of applications held last December 12, the latter applications have been classified as follows:

•   Development Palm-Grove Group – Actif Invest
•   Development MedZ-CDG Group
•   Inveravante Group
•   Sedesa Group

In accordance with the provisions of the selection regulations, the Government has undertaken to enter simultaneously into negotiations with the first two candidates, with the purpose of enhancing further the quality of proposed offers.

As a reminder, this call to tender is in line with the implementation of the Tourist Development Program of Al Hoceima which plans to develop an integrated new tourist area of 340 hectares, thus contributing to the creation of 10 000 additional beds, including 4000 hotel beds, 2500 beds in hotel management and some entertainment equipments.
