National Moroccan Woman Day

On October 10 th 2008 , the Ministry of Tourism celebrated the National Moroccan Woman Day. Decreed by the High Royal instructions, this day has been the opportunity for this Ministry to pay tribute to the women officials and to congratulate them on the efforts they make daily.

By means of such an event, the Ministry of Tourism has emphasized its strong commitment to allowing women to get integrated in the development of the tourist sector, not only within the central administration, but also in all the exterior departments, more particularly the delegations as well as the hotel and tourist training establishments.

The date of March 10 th of every year is, from now on, written in golden letters in the history of Morocco .
