Making the Vision 2020 a success involves a strong mobilization of national and international financial resources and a determined involvement of the state in supporting tourism investment.

In fact, the objective is two-fold:

  • To develop more than 200.000 new beds, which account for an average building rate of 20.000 beds per year during the whole period.
  • To pull off the offer diversification, by simultaneously developing the new products –which so far have little presence- and accompanying  the emerging destinations.
